Join us at Mass February 8 & 9, big game weekend – our faithful youth will be at the entrance of each of our 3 churches with soup pots. They are collecting monetary donations and non-perishable foods for our Pellston & Cheboygan food pantries. Last year was a great success, raising over $2000 – help us raise even more this year and support our locals who need some assistance. All donations stay local. Thank you for supporting our youth and our CPR Parishes communities.
The Funeral Mass for Fr. Jim Gardiner will be on Thursday, February 6, at 11 am at Cross in the Woods in Indian River (visitation from 10 – 10:45 am). Our parish offices will be closed so the staff can attend the funeral.
The new sound system at St. Mary/St. Charles will be installed this week through Feb. 6. Therefore, out of reverence, the Blessed Sacrament has been removed from the tabernacle. Tuesday (6 pm) and Wednesday (9 am) Masses will be at Sacred Heart Church. (SMSC Church will not be open during the day so they can run wires where needed. The church will be open for 1st Friday.)
