Over the past two weeks, we have been reminded
of Christ’s call to “Go Forth” in faith and generosity
through the Catholic Services Appeal (CSA). Thank
you to all who have already made a gift!
If you have not yet had the chance to give, it’s not
too late! The CSA supports seminarian education,
Catholic schools, diocesan services that support
all parishes, charitable outreach and many other
essential programs that serve our communities. Every
gift—no matter the amount—joins with others to
strengthen our shared mission.

Holy Hour with Adoration with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Office of the Dead/Evening Prayer: Thursday, April 24, at St. Mary/St. Charles Church. The Holy Hour will begin at 5:00 pm; Evening Prayer and Benediction follows at 6:00 pm.

Holy Sacrifice of the Mass: Friday, April 25, at 10 am at St. Mary/St. Charles Church.

The Funeral Mass for Pope Francis: Saturday, April 26, at 4 am Eastern Daylight Savings Time in Rome.

***St. Mary/St. Charles Church is open for individual prayer from 9 am until 6 pm this week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Please enter through the garden door from the back parking lot.

Individual Confession offered on:

Tuesdays: 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8 @ St. Mary/St. Charles at 5:30 pm (before Mass)

Wednesdays: 4/2 and 4/9  @ St. Mary/St. Charles following the 9:00am Mass   

First Friday: 4/4 at 5:00 pm @ St. Mary/St. Charles Church                          

Saturday: 4/5 @ Sacred Heart Church from 3:45pm until 4:15, before the 4:30pm Mass 

Sundays: 4/6 @ St. Mary/St. Charles, beginning at 8:15am until the 9:00am Mass, 3/23 and 4/6 @ St. Clement following the 11am Mass

All times are dependent on the availability of a priest and may be adjusted to allow time for the priest to get from Cheboygan and Pellston on Sundays  in bad weather. 

Fridays at 1pm during Lent at Bishop Baraga Catholic School (except 3/28 = Spring Break).
Also Friday, April 4, at 5 pm at St. Mary/St. Charles.
Also weekdays from 9-3:30 at St. Mary/St. Charles.

Attend our Lenten Soup Suppers, Tuesdays, March 11 – April 8, at SMSC.

Pray, Dine and Learn: Tuesday nights following Mass, beginning 3/11, these sessions will take place at St. Mary/St. Charles Church on 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, and 4/8. Please join us!  Confessions are available at 5:30pm, followed by Mass at 6:00pm, followed by a soup supper downstairs,  which is followed by a faith formation session (see brochure or Facebook to topic updates). All this is done in a time frame allowing you to get home by 8:00 p.m.
