Our Cheboygan, Pellston, Riggsville and Mackinaw City Catholic faith community is thrilled to host a special screening of Triumph of the Heart – the moving true story of St. Maximilian Kolbe, the Franciscan priest who offered his life in exchange for another prisoner at Auschwitz during World War II.

When: Friday, January 9th, at 4 pm
Where: Courtyard Cinema, Mackinaw City, 248 S. Huron Ave. in the Mackinaw Crossings
Admission: All tickets are $10 each, purchased at the door

Come and be inspired by this powerful witness of faith, courage, and sacrificial love. This screening is open to all parishioners, families, and friends. Join us for this unique opportunity to encounter the heroic story of St. Maximilian Kolbe on the big screen!

Mass at 9 am at St. Mary/St. Charles,
followed by Adoration with Exposition til 6 pm,
Rosary at 12 noon,
Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 pm,
and Benediction at 6 pm.

Wednesday, Dec. 31: Vigil Mass at 4 pm at Sacred Heart of Riggsville, Vigil Mass at 5:30 pm at St. Clement of Pellston;

Thursday, Jan. 1: Mass at 9 am at St. Mary/St. Charles of Cheboygan.

Christmas Eve Mass at 10 pm will be live-streamed on our CPR Parishes Facebook and YouTube pages;

Christmas Day Mass at 9 am, as well.

Triumph of the Heart movie showing has to be postponed because of weather and technical difficulties. The new date is Friday, January 9th at 4 pm at the Courtyard Cinemas in Mackinaw City. Again, the showing of Triumph of the Heart, the Story of Maximilian Kolbe is postponed until January 9th. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Salvation Army is again offering a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year for free! We are so grateful to them and happy to support this community event hosted at our local Knights of Columbus Hall.

Meals are served ready for take out, and you can also dine in the hall.
