We are seeking a School Custodian with great stamina, a positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Keeping all areas clean, orderly, safe, and secure.
- Performing routine cleaning and sanitizing in classrooms, restrooms, cafeteria, gym, locker rooms, hallways and offices (and other areas as needed).
- Floor and surface care throughout the building.
- Waste and recycling removal.
- Preventative maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, furniture, and maintenance equipment.
- Seasonal campus grounds maintenance and repairs.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
To be a successful candidate you should be a team player, take ownership and pride in your work, and work 35 hours per week.
